Alex Ward

Originally from Sulphur Springs, Alex moved to the DFW Metroplex where he grew up. After graduating highschool, he attended Texas Tech University to pursue a Bachelor of Music in Trumpet Performance. While at TTU, he was a free lance musician and even subbed for the Lubbock Symphony Orchestra.

After COVID, Alex ended up moving back to his home of the DFW, where he found his new passion, Band Repair. He spent the next couple of years apprenticing under various mentors in the area.

Alex is currently a Brass Repair Technician at Brook Mays Music and is finishing his performance degree at Texas Women’s University.
